From December, 5 till December, 7th, 2011 in arena Central Complex of the city of Manchester with assistance of International Organization IEEE PES and the organization of University Manchester to the Great Britain the International Scientifically-practical Conference under name Europe 2011 İnnovative Smart Grid Texnologies has been held.

In this representative Conference where accepted participations many advanced scientists of the world, Azerbaijan was presented the director of "the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research and Design-Prospecting Power Engineering Institute» by professor Yusifbayli N.A. and the deputy director the senior lecturer Guliyev H.B.

In Conference work performances of the scientific various countries concerning intellectual management of modes of systems of the electric power with application İnnovative Smart Grid Texnologies and its realizations have been listened.

At Conference session under presidency the member-correspondent of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor Voropay N.I., professor Yusifbayli N.A. has acted with the report on a theme “İntelligent Control System of Voltage Regimes in the Electrical Networks”. The report with the big attention has been listened and appreciated and added in the collection of materials of Conference.
