Sumgait State University (SSU) together with the Azerbaijan Scientific-Research and Design-Prospecting Power Engineering     Institute (АзSRDPPEI) on 15th of December 2011in Sumgait city have held scientific conference on a theme «Modern problems of electric power industry».

At plenary session of conference by an opening words rector of SSU prof. Kahramanov N.F. has acted, and director of AzSRDPPEI prof. Yusifbayli N.A. has acted on a theme «Some questions of strategy of a sustainable development of sector of electric power industry of the Azerbaijan Republic till 2030 year».

At conference there was vice-president NSA of Azerbaijan, academician Hashimov A.M.

At sessions of conference on sections reports employees of AzSRDPPEI on different themes have been listened.
