On 18^th of January 2012 year in Ltd. «Azerbaijan Scientific-Research and Design-Prospecting Power Engineering Institute» the seminar to the tragedy devoted 22^nd anniversary on 20^th of January is held. 

Open session, director of Ltd. «Az SR and DP Power Engineering Institute», дc.tch.sc. prof. Yusifbayli N.A. has given mean of event 20^th January provided on the agenda.
He has noted, defining role of these events in struggle for freedom of the Azerbaijan people.    

Orator Yusifbayli N.A. has noticed that heavy struggle for independence acquisition when the Soviet Army fully armed without the prevention has attacked on peace civilians of a city of Baku . As a result of intrusion the Azerbaijan people have lost hundreds sons, the daughters which names are entered by gold letters in people histories.

Yusifbayli N.A. has noticed, that this event takes a special place in declaration of the state independence on 18^th of October 1992-year.

After Yusifbayli N.A.'s performance, with the all-round information has acted Head of department «History of Karabakh» of Institute History of a name Bakikhanov А.А, at ANSA the doctor of historical sciences, prof. Hagiyev Qasim.

Decision is accepted:

To address to a Head of OJSC "Azerenerji" with the offer for preparation of special breast ribbons on purpose to immortalize memory Shakhids (Martyrs) on 20^th of January.
